Natasha Chisty, Esq. — Immigration Attorney and Founder of Chisty Law PLLC
Her Background

More than 15 years of legal experience

Natasha Chisty is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Chisty Law PLLC, an immigration law firm serving individuals and families across the United States.

With more than 15 years of legal experience, she represents clients in a broad range of matters, including removal defense, humanitarian relief (asylum, SIJ, VAWA, U visa, and more), family-based immigration, and naturalization and citizenship.

Prior to founding Chisty Law PLLC, she practiced in both private firms and nonprofit organizations, where she gained extensive experience representing clients before USCIS, the Immigration Courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals — along with a deep understanding of the legal and human challenges immigrants and their families routinely face.

Her Approach

Trauma-informed, client-centered representation

Drawing on years of advocating for asylum seekers, domestic violence survivors, and vulnerable children, Natasha helps clients navigate the complexities of the immigration system with clarity, compassion, and strong legal advocacy.

Compassion first

Every client is met with dignity and care. Natasha takes the time to understand each person's story, not just their paperwork.

Tailored strategy

Her practice is rooted in understanding each client's unique circumstances and building legal strategies around their individual needs and goals.

Strong advocacy

From USCIS filings to courtroom defense and appeals before the BIA, she advocates fiercely at every level of the system.

Clients From Everywhere

Representing people from diverse backgrounds and countries around the world

Immigration is deeply personal. Natasha has represented people from many different countries and walks of life, each with their own goals, fears, and hopes for the future.
